mpgames Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

1. "mpgames," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the mpgames online gaming platform accessible at mpgames.bet and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services operated under the mpgames brand.
2. "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service provided by mpgames.
3. "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the mpgames platform, which holds the Player's personal information, balance, transaction history, and bonus entitlements.
4. "Platform" refers collectively to the mpgames website, mobile browser interface, game clients, and all digital services made available through mpgames.bet.
5. "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, sports betting market, bingo room, or fishing game accessible through the mpgames Platform.
6. "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward issued by mpgames to a Player's Account, subject to separate bonus terms.
7. "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) via any supported payment method and held in the Player's Account for wagering.
8. "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that oversees gaming operations in the Philippines.

By accessing the mpgames Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mpgames. Your acceptance is recorded at the time of registration and is tied to the version of the Terms published at that date. mpgames reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, subject to Section 16 (Amendments) of this document.

To be eligible to register and use the mpgames Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Online casino gaming in the Philippines is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. mpgames strictly enforces this age requirement.
2. You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

4. You are not a current or former employee of mpgames, its affiliates, or its game providers, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written approval has been granted by mpgames management.
5. You are not self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or voluntary exclusion program that prohibits you from gambling.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

Each eligible person may register only one Account on the mpgames Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change.

mpgames may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating bonus entitlements. Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, PRC ID, or voter's ID. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mpgames login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mpgames will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify mpgames support immediately at support@mpgames.bet.

mpgames reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

mpgames accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• GCash (via QR or linked mobile number)
• PayMaya (Maya Wallet)
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. mpgames does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose transaction fees that are beyond our control.

mpgames reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any deposit and to delay crediting a deposit to an Account pending completion of such checks. All deposits are final once credited and may not be reversed except where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of mpgames.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. All applicable KYC verification requirements have been completed and approved by mpgames.
2. Any bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in the Account have been fully met prior to the withdrawal request.
3. The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.
4. The Account is in good standing and has not been flagged for investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Processing times vary: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours; bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

mpgames reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above threshold amounts. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days. Players will be notified via their registered email address if their withdrawal is subject to a hold.

mpgames offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms. Playing non-contributing games while a bonus is active may not advance your wagering progress.

mpgames actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus funds, and using automated software to exploit promotional structures. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

mpgames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.

Each game available on the mpgames Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

All games on the mpgames Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning mechanisms supervised by trained live dealers. The integrity of game outcomes is independently verified to ensure fair results for all Filipino players.

mpgames prohibits the use of any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy that is designed to exploit errors in the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. Violation of this rule constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpgames Platform. Any Player found in violation of these prohibitions may have their Account permanently closed and any funds therein forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the mpgames Platform.
• Allowing or enabling any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources or using stolen payment credentials.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software forming part of the mpgames Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mpgames staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to gain an advantage, and failing to report such errors to mpgames immediately upon discovery.

All content on the mpgames Platform — including but not limited to the mpgames logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of mpgames or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of mpgames.

mpgames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. mpgames does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC verification partners as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

All data transmitted between your device and the mpgames Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Philippine banks such as BPI and BDO for their online banking portals. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible to mpgames staff in plain text.

All mpgames Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. A notification is sent when the limit is reached and the session is ended automatically.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing time elapsed and net gaming result for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before their natural expiry.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mpgames, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.
• Any loss arising from a game malfunction, technical error, or network failure beyond mpgames's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
• Any loss or damage caused by third-party payment processing delays or failures.

In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of mpgames to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mpgames Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mpgames's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

You may close your mpgames Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Prior to processing the closure, mpgames will verify your identity, settle any pending transactions, and return your Real Money Balance to your last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

mpgames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Multiple Account registration.
• Underage gambling or failure to pass age verification.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or mpgames staff.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon Account termination for breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at mpgames's discretion.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their validity, breach, termination, or enforceability, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

mpgames operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming laws. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence or access.

mpgames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mpgames will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the mpgames Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.
