No. mpgames strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a
violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated
accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you believe a duplicate account was created by mistake,
contact our support team immediately to have it resolved without penalty.
To permanently close your mpgames account, email support@mpgames.bet from your registered email
address with the subject line "Account Closure Request." Our team will process your request within
3 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method before
closure. Note that account closure is different from self-exclusion — if you are closing due to
gambling concerns, self-exclusion under Responsible Gaming may be more appropriate.
